How does this help?

 

By adding this new feature, we are enabling you to do the following:

 

1.Social Media managers can get approval for the posts generated using predis.ai

 

2.You get to keep the history of changes made/suggested before publishing the post.

 

3. Entrepreneurs can now get Predis.ai experts to manage their social media accounts and approve all the posts in one go before they get published.

 

Why this?

 

We have been trying to build a complete ecosystem of social media marketers inside predis.ai and adding an approval flow was at the heart of this ecosystem.

 

This new approval flow enables users to interact and have a two-way communication and in the coming weeks it will be clearer to you how vital this step is.

 

A lot of existing users have also asked time and again for this feature as agency owners and social media managers using predis.ai want to get the posts approved by their clients/superiors.

 

Hence, this feature not only paves a clear path for things to come but also caters to an existing and pertinent request from our users.

 

 

How does the flow work?

  1. Now when you click on the "Share" button on any post, you will find a new drop-down item under "Schedule" called " Send for Review"
  2. Click on that and enter the email ID of the person you want to send this to for review.
  3. The reviewer will receive an email from you with a link to the post to be reviewed.
  4. Click on "View Posts" - it takes you to the post with all the relevant details. You have the option to accept or reject the post and also leave a comment.
  5. If the reviewer accepts the post, it will get scheduled automatically in the calendar. You can now see the history of the review process next time you open the share screen.
